The Personal Touch for a Contemporary Look

My husband and I recently bought a new condo. My décor has a very modern, contemporary feel and we needed window coverings to reflect that and that would enhance the beauty of our unique windows. I found Tania online. Tania came to our home for a consultation and from the moment she arrived, it was very obvious she was very confident in her products and what they could do for our home. She was able to look at our decor and layout; and after listening to our concerns and ideas, she was able to suggest window coverings to best suit the home. After deciding on our selection she made the whole process stress-free. She came a few days later with her installer who measured and explained in detail the installation process. Few weeks later the installation was complete. She also made sure all was good at the time of installation and even with a small hiccup, she made sure it was looked after and solved in good time. The finished product is amazing. We are very pleased with our choices and with Tania. One of Guelph's best-kept secrets is Tania's Drapery House. The service and product are second-to-none. Tania consulted with us in our home on three occasions before we were sure what we wanted. Our experience with her company when we replaced the window treatments on our main floor more than five years earlier was a very positive experience. Although this second order was a small order for her company, Tania still treated it as if it was very important. Special Care Taken to Protecting Home Finishes

The purpose of this note is to thank you for the superb quality of service you have provided for my new home.

While preparing to move, there were rather tight time lines to measure for window coverings due to the construction process. I found Tania to be highly accommodating in driving to my existing home to discuss your range of services and share samples. The low-pressure approach, professional experience, and particularly your personable manner quickly built trust and confidence which made the entire process stress-free.

Due to lack of time for delivery, Tania arranged to drive to the supplier to acquire the order, and the complete order of more than a dozen blinds was all installed early in the morning of my moving day with everything completed before the moving van arrived on site. That enhanced the privacy for the home which would have otherwise been difficult to achieve.

Following the installation, Tania checked back to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction and addressed minor issues promptly and effectively. I was especially pleased that special consideration was given during installation to doing everything precisely and with special care given to protecting new home finishes through some customization. During the process, I also met the installers who were clearly knowledgeable and professional in their work.

Doing business with Tania's Drapery House has been one aspect of a complex move which has gone very smoothly, and I would have no hesitation in using the services again and offering a positive recommendation to others.
